Road Trip to see Mustangs, anyone?

Dear Readers,
My email boxes are overflowing and so are your comments on this blog. I'll get to them all soon -- PROMISE -- between shoveling! If you want to see some Nevada snow, check out the web cams on my PHANTOM FUN page ...although we got lots more snow at my house than they did in town.

How about planning a Spring road trip to see some mustangs? Maybe even ADOPT or buy a mustang? Hint, nudge :)
Here are some destinations around the country ; I found this info on a great blog, by Ashley Rodenmeyer at Examiner.com

  Hey!
Long time no...read? I'd love to see mustangs this spring! I'll have to start asking my parents now! Unfortunatley, I wouldn't be able to adopt, one, though, due to the fact my yard is PUNY! huff!
I went to the bookstore to get WHI books and 7 TEARS, and they were OUT of them (can you believe that?!?!) I was quite upset!
Thanks for the blogs, Terri!

oh, I really wish i could adopt a horse. When I'm finally old enough to get a job and pay for a horse i will definetly adopt a horse, whether it is a mustang or ex-racehorse etc.
that bay reminds me of Ace!
aww that mustang is GORGEOUS! (and yeh I agree he looks just like Ace! socks, star n all! he's even the same rich colour!). I wish I was able to travel over there to see the mustangs (and adopt one *shifty eyes* =P )... When I have the money i want to travel to the Guy Fawkes River area in Victoria over here and go to one of the Save The Brumbies adoption days and get a brumby =) of course I'll have to save up a bit for travel and adoption fees!! But I'm gonna do it! =D
WOW! I wish i could adopt a horse. But mom said no horse till i am16 so i guess i will have to wait a bit. And Terri your books ROCK! All of them. I love the wild horse islands and the phantom stallions! Thanks for writing them!
We are the new owners of the beautiful horse Taz who is pictured on this post. He is the most amazing horse we have ever had the privelege to own. We adopted him for our 14 yr old daughter-Kirstin and the 2 of them have the most incredible bond I have ever seen between horse & human. Careen did a wonderful job training him. We are hoping that our daughter is chosen for 1 of the 25 slots that are open to youth for the Mustang Makeover that will be held in Sept 2009 in FtWorth. Kirstin maintains her blog from last year's makeover to present now featuring Taz. You can see more at www.kirstinsmustangmakeover.blogspot.com.
