Loco Weed or Just Plain Greed?
Dear Readers,
The BLM is running crazy. When BLM staffers have less than a month to work under the Bush administration, why don't they SHOW A LITTLE BACKBONE?
BLM is rushing to auction off 164,000 acres of open land, much of it in the roadless canyon lands of Utah, before President-elect Obama comes into office.
And, oh yeah, this IS the same BLM which is saying that they don't enough land for horses to roam. And no, they're not swapping oil land for grazing territory. It's being sold to corporations and businesses. No mention of where the money's going.
So, am I going to trust BLM or my own eyes and experiences?
Seems like the same corporations BLM employees were caught socializing with (and I'm not talking about watching TV and eating popcorn; start with cocaine and use your imagination or Google BLM scandal), yes, those same business buddies are lining up to bid before the new president's Secretary of the Interior comes in and mucks out the BLM barn.
Can you sing..."This land is your land, this land is my land..."
But for how long?
Keep your eyes open, amigas!

Comments: OMG! That's terrible. Who does BLM think they're fooling? I can't believe them! I am soooooooo MAD right now! The horses are paying for BLM's greed and they're not even flinching an eye!I really hope that Mr.Obama fixes these problems and shoves the manure back in BLM's faces. Now there's a thought I can enjoy! :)

P.S. I remember the song from which that verse comes from. I was one of my favourite songs in elementry school. I first learned it when my class memorized it and we sung it in an old peoples home. AHHH...good times.

Seriously.
It scares me, very very much, that these people who are supposed to HELP the mustangs, are really just people full of power, who don't care about mustangs as much as money. Seriously, Terri, you would be a much better canidate to work for the BLM!!
If this money being earned isn't going towards what BLM is supposed to protect, I will personally, as i hope many mustangs fans will, light a flame under their booties and corner them! not sure how, but i will!!!
And it's almost like Bush wants to have the most nails in his coffin of all the presidents. I just hope that Mr. Obama can help us!!!
